Pilates for EVERY body in the park

It was great news for Pilates in the Park when the coronavirus restrictions were relaxed to allow small group outdoor exercise classes to restart. I have begun each class armed with a tape measure – not to check up on inches gained during lockdown, but to ensure that we stay a safe two meters apart at all times. The weather has been kind to us and it’s wonderful to be exercising together again. There are so many benefits of groups exercise, and not just the physical impacts that sore abs testify to! The social dynamic is a tonic after such a long period of isolation and being outdoors in nature has additional benefits for mental wellbeing.
Pilates in the park is currently running twice-weekly in L15 and L1. The classes are currently intermediate level, but watch out for beginners level
