I have been attending classes with Kay for almost a year now, both online and face-to-face. In this time I have moved to four different places and still made the effort to log on and join all of Kay's classes. Kay is an incredible teacher; I have learnt a lot more about my body, how to make it stronger and how to do the exercises properly without injuring myself. Kay has adjusted all her exercises to suit my body when I have had injuries and again as I have grown stronger. Kay's classes are always diverse and tailored to everyone from the absolute beginner to the super-sporty and including disabled and non-disabled people. These classes make everyone feel welcomed and I have never felt self-conscious or embarrassed even when I have had some difficulties. I would recommend Kay's classes to anyone, old or young, fit or unfit, we can all grow together.

I had been looking for a form of exercise that was accessible and that I would enjoy. When the Pilates sessions started a lot of adaptations had to be made due to my disability and sedentary lifestyle. Kay ensured that the Pilates programme was tailored to my specific needs and that it was the right intensity level for me at all times. I loved doing Pilates with Kay; each session was challenging and exciting. I improved each week, whether it was being able to do an extra rep or holding a plank for 10 seconds longer. Kay was very encouraging throughout and always made sure I pushed myself to the best of my abilities. Besides the physical improvements in my body, doing regular exercise that I enjoyed also helped my mental health. I looked forward to the sessions with Kay because I had goals that I was working towards and she was helping me reach them. My overall experience of doing Pilates with Kay was amazing, she was so patient with me throughout the training; she always checked in with me with each exercise and constantly made sure I was being challenged.
